  • Important information regarding shipping address: Please kindly note that unfortunately, we do not ship to PO BOX addresses, No Post Office or Parcel Collect addresses, please provide a valid residential address.
  • We provide *Free Shipping only for Australia Mainland locations on all orders over $100 (excluding Demo and Seconds Boards)
  • $18 Flat Shipping Rate for larger items under $100
  • $10 Flat Shipping Rate for smaller items under $100 (Neo 38" boards, board bags, leashes, spare fins, accessories etc)

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible. We will also notify you when your product is dispatched via e-mail and provide you with tracking details. (If the item is not available, you will receive a notification with alternative options).

We apologise in advance for all unforeseen circumstances or disruptions that can happen during your purchase and that will potentially affect the availability or the delivery of our products.

  • All items marked as "In Stock" and *available for purchase are stocked in our warehouse. *Please note that even if an item shows 'in stock' online, it might still be unavailable due to exceptional circumstances such as stock inventory errors, freight or stock damage, or to other reasons beyond the immediate control of the online system. If so, the customer will be alerted via email or mobile text message.
  • If available, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs depending on the order volume we are experiencing, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to most postcodes within NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA
  • For Western Australia, Northern Territories, Tasmania, and remote regional postcodes, orders may take up to 5-10 working days and additional fees may apply such as Agnes Water 4677 and all other remote, regional areas or islands surrounding mainland Australia. (Please note that these are a guide only and actual times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).
  • All small parcels are sent via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express Couriers. All prices include tracking & insurance. Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
  • For all surfboard orders, we use Direct Freight Courier. Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout and which you can track on the courier's website: https://www.directfreight.com.au/
  • There are no deliveries happening during weekends or public holidays.
  •  Please note that for these orders, unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

    For all our orders, we use Direct Freight Express Courier.

Important information:

  • Sorry but our courier does not deliver to PO BOXES addresses, instead please provide an alternative residential address such as a work address or a relative/friend's residential address.
  • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
  • We pick, pack and process your order as fast as possible once you have completed your order. Due to this, we cannot guarantee changes to your order including your delivery details, items, and sizes, or remove items from your order. If you change your mind about anything, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to assist.
  • For board orders, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, drivers are not supplied work phones by their courier's company to call before delivery, If no one will be able to accept the delivery, please consider providing your work address. If this is not possible, with your consent we can give the driver "Authority to Leave", however, we accept no responsibility once the item has been delivered.
  • Softlite is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

*Additional shipping fees will apply for deliveries to further remote areas outside of mainland Australia, such as:

  • Rottnest Island.
  • Fraser Island.
  • Magnetic Island.
  • Phillip Island.
  • Whitsundays.
  • Kangaroo Island.
  • Lord Howe Island.
  • Moreton Island. 
  • Islands surrounding Tasmania or remote areas around Tasmania.

*Additional fees will depend on the size and number of the item(s) shipped.

International delivery information:

  • Currently we are only delivering within Australia, however, we are working hard at organising an affordable way to get our products overseas.
