Refunds and Exchange Policy
Softlite's Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy:
We understand that purchasing online can be a big commitment. We have developed the following returns policy to give you peace of mind when ordering through Softlite.
All items are returnable, exchangeable & refundable, dependable on the circumstances.
We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.
The items must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, completely unused, unless it is a warranty claim.
The returned goods must be in the possession of Softlite Boards before any further action is taken.
In the instance where Softlite has sent an incorrect Order or provided incorrect information, You can return the item and we'll cover cost of shipping back to us & the return cost back to you.
For faulty Items; If the item was damaged in transit, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost.
For warranty Items, please contact Softlite Boards first on firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost.
Please include invoice & write what size you'd like to exchange for, or problem with item. Same day we receive we'll either return with new size or call regarding changes or refunds.
