Small parcels are shipped via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express, depending on circumstances.
Surfboards are shipped via Direct Freight Express.

Request Authority to Leave (ATL). If ATL is provided, Softlite takes no responsibility once the item is marked as delivered.
All products marked “In Stock” are held in our warehouse. However, in rare cases, inventory errors, freight damage, or other exceptions may cause an item to be unavailable. If this happens, you’ll be notified within 2 business days to arrange an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.
